Straight Razor - Knives of Alaska Diamond Sharpening Steel

While the steel worked for a rough touch-up, after a few years and repeated use, the finish would sometimes wear off. We have now improved our steels by changing to a very high quality diamond coating that is actually fused to the steel and cannot be worn off. One side is a coarser 325 grit for quick results while the second side is a fine 600 grit for finishing the blade back to a razor edge.
